The set of Laws that consolidate the Transparency process implies, more than ever, the obligation of public bodies to make information produced and related to the development of their various activities accessible, since such information whose purposes are public must be available to all. . In this article, we sought to follow the implementation of the LAI to observe the degree of adherence of the bodies, through their official websites, verifying if they are in line with the legislation of Transparency, regarding the effectiveness of access to public information, proposing to the Finally, recommendations to serve as a subsidy to the Institutions of Powers researched regarding the implementation of the LAI. (State Executive), Legislative Assembly of Amapá - ALAP (State Legislature) and Court of Justice of Amapá - TJAP (State Judiciary), proposing an analysis between them. This work has its importance due to the relevance of the theme about public transparency in Amapá. The study is structured in a methodology based on the analysis of Active and Passive Transparency, through an analytical instrument proposed by the researchers to the Portals studied, under the eyes of the Laws of Access to Information and Transparency, where it was concluded that access to public information are not yet properly implemented in Organs public bodies of the powers, failing to contribute to the development of a public, participatory, responsible and transparent management, fundamental for the full exercise of democracy in the State of Amapá. |
