To this end, the research has the specific objectives of describing ACOSPER's history, organizational structure and main fronts, identifying ACOSPER's biggest challenges in strengthening its bases and identifying ACOSPER's greatest achievements in the Good Living scenario. . The theoretical framework contextualizes the origin of cooperativism and its socio-historical evolution, considering public policies for family farming and its consolidation in the Amazon region, given the relevance of the local context in which ACOSPER operates, it is possible to understand the strengthening of family farming through of cooperativism against the protagonism of soy in the region. In addition, the framework also presents the concept under construction of Good Living and its relationship with cooperativism with the intention of demystifying some concepts rooted in developmentalism. The study can be characterized as a single case study, descriptive, qualitative, carried out through documentary research, observational techniques and interviews. As a result, it was identified that ACOSPER in its quest to be a regional reference in the field of agricultural cooperatives still has a lot to develop and mature and that its demands and needs today prioritize the strengthening of a more enlightened base on the true meaning of cooperativism. All the listed factors reinforce the importance of cooperativism and Good Living as alternatives to development seeking to play a transforming role in the economy, mainly in regional articulations, local involvement and the redefinition of a harmonious relationship with nature. O presente trabalho analisa a Cooperativa dos Trabalhadores Agroextrativistas do Oeste do Pará – ACOSPER a partir da sua reestruturação organizacional considerando sua relevância histórica, a valorização do conhecimento dos diferentes atores sociais e o Bem-Viver diante do cenário de atuação da cooperativa. Para tanto, a pesquisa tem como objetivos específicos, descrever o histórico, a estrutura organizacional e as principais frentes de atuação da ACOSPER, identificar os maiores desafios da ACOSPER no fortalecimento de suas bases e identificar as maiores conquistas da ACOSPER no cenário de Bem-Viver. O referencial teórico contextualiza a origem do cooperativismo e sua evolução sócio histórica considerando políticas públicas para a agricultura familiar e a sua consolidação na região Amazônica pois dada a relevância do contexto local no qual a ACOSPER insere-se é possível compreender o fortalecimento da agricultura familiar através do cooperativismo frente ao protagonismo da soja na região. Além disso, o referencial também apresenta o conceito em construção do Bem-Viver e sua relação com o cooperativismo na intenção de desmistificar alguns conceitos enraizados pelo desenvolvimentismo. O estudo pode ser caracterizado como um estudo de caso único, descritivo, de caráter qualitativo, realizado por meio de pesquisa documental, técnicas observacionais e entrevistas. Como resultados, identificou-se que a ACOSPER na sua busca por ser referência regional no ramo das cooperativas agropecuárias ainda possui muito a desenvolver e amadurecer e que suas demandas e necessidades hoje prioriza o fortalecimento de uma base mais esclarecida sobre o verdadeiro sentido do cooperativismo.
