Resumo:
The monitoring of the flows of energy and mass is being continuously monitored in the Amazon. Most monitoring is done using the eddy Covariance technique (EC) This study is based on observations and data measured by micrometeorological tower installed at the site of the Experimental program in the region of Santarém LBA. The flux tower is located within the Tapajós National Forest in timber management area (83 km). The analyzes focus at night due to the fact at this time the results of the EC system exhibiting a significant degree of uncertainty, especially regarding the final balance of carbon and this fact generates discussion on the time scale used by scientists to calculating the flow surface with EC system, since spread time of 30 minutes for the calculations flows in most research sites. The main objective of this study was to determine through multiresolution decomposition in the scale determines the most suitable for surface turbulent fluxes at night in Tapajós National Forest. We also determined the effect of seasonality in the length of time scale. for the analyzed period the average level was 260 seconds. It was evident the effect of seasonality in the length of the scale being higher in energy flow with a difference in time scale than 29% from one station to another.
