Resumo:
This paper proposes a pedagogical model for teacher initiation that integrates new educational technologies, aiming to enhance the preparation of new educators and overcome traditional challenges in the face of contemporary teaching demands. With this in mind, a proposal was created specifically for the Institutional Program of Initiation Scholarships for Teaching (PIST) in the Educational Informatics (EI) undergraduate program, based on the purposes of the EI subproject submitted to PIST Notice No. 2/2020, combined with the experience as a participant in the PIBID Notice No. 2/2020, voluntary contributor in the PIST Notice No. 01/2022, and undergraduate student in the EI program. For this purpose, a qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory methodology was adopted to underpin the development of this study. Furthermore, a theoretical review was conducted to provide solid foundations that enabled the effectiveness of the research. Regarding the results, it is expected that this model will contribute to the training of more prepared and engaged educators with the demands of current education, aiming to highlight the relevance of the proposal to enhance the quality and effectiveness of teaching in teacher initiation.
