Resumo:
The process of land use with agricultural activities, studies and without advance directives, can often lead to serious problems of soil degradation, and does not guarantee the sustainability of agricultural activity that is desired. Traditional people who live in conservation units of sustainable use have a relationship of great dependency on their soil, since a large part of their survival is achieved by cultivating the land. The survey of soil communities Cuieiras Carmelina Itapeua Arimum and facilities inside the protected area Resex Forever Green, located in the municipality of Porto de Moz, PA was performed in order to provide subsidies for environmental zoning of the unit beyond useful in the Assessment of Land and Agricultural Suitability Assessment of Capacity Use Classes of Lands. To make maps semidetailed soil were used satellite images of Landsat-5 in 5R4G3B colored composition, Radar images with Digital Elevation Model - DEM (SRTM, 2000), together with information gathered in the field by opening profiles, collecting samples and conducting toposequence. The results show that the soils with Oxisols Kandiustox varied texture of heavy clay, clay and medium, alone or in combination with other soils, comprise the largest proportion of land areas with 38.02% of the surveyed area. In portions of the floodplain occurs in a Haplic Gleysol dominant, accounting for 26.07%. In a smaller proportion occurs Cambisol isolated. Associations were found Acrisol, PSAMENT and Fluvic.
