Logging is one of the activities that uses the natural resources of the forests of sustainable use in Conservation Units. The Tapajós National Forest located in the Lower Amazon region, in the West of the State of Pará, stands out in the national and even international scenario for having the management carried out by traditional communities that besides commercializing the wood of legal origin, compromise to improve the quality of life of the populations living there, challenging the competitive wood market and the effectiveness of the sustainable activities used in Conservation Units. The present study aims to carry out a legal analysis of the Community Forestry Management implemented in Flona Tapajós in the light of socioenvironmental principles, seeking to understand the socioambientalism, in particular the analysis Principle of Participation, in the constitutional and infraconstitutional legal system. The research also aims to demonstrate the functions and applicability of socio-environmental legal principles in order to verify the existence or not of legal obstacles to the development, execution and autonomy of Community Forest Management. For this, a qualitative and quantitative research will be carried out, using methodological techniques through bibliographical studies, documentary analyzes and field research. With the analysis of social and environmental precepts in sustainable forest management, it is verified that they are fully present in the lives of local populations in order to guarantee participation in the organizational, political, social and environmental structure in that conservation unit, strengthening decision-making. |
