This research was carried out in order to answer to what extent the CTCAF installation process in Santarém allows us to understand the relations of powerbetween the social actors who participated in it. This study was carried out using participant observation and extensive analysis of records made in the formof an ethnography of documents, as well as the peacebuilding theoretical framework. The research is justifiedbythe importance of observing the impacts of self-composition practices in agreement andconflict of interests in the Amazon region. Studying about the installation process presentsastratum of the performance of these practices and was an alternative in viewof the suspensionof CTCAF activities due to the advent of the Covid 19 pandemic. Sociopolitical territory by human groups present and conflicts over the use of land and natural resources have showna range of overlapping interests. By analyzing the power relations between the various actorspresent in this space, their clash of interests and defense and argumentation strategies aroundthese own interests, it was possible to observe the training and multiplication strategiesofleaders in grassroots communities as the main strategy of the Chamber until now. Andyethow the actors at the regional level, in particular the Persecutor's Office of the Stateof Pará,in the figure of the Agrarian Justice Prosecutor, and the Federal University of WesternPará(UFOPA), in the figure of the Amazon Restorative Justice Clinic (CJUÁ), playedstrategicroles in ensuring a plurality of voices in the installation of the CTCAF. CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior A Câmara de Tratamento de Conflitos Agrários e Fundiários no Ministério Público do Pará (CTCAF) se tornou parte integrante do sistema de auto composição de conflitos no estado e tem a proposta de traçar trabalhos com casos emblemáticos relacionados à temática agrária, fundiária e socioambiental. A pesquisa foi realizada buscando responder em que medida o processo de instalação da CTCAF em Santarém permite entender as relações de poder entre os atores sociais que dele participaram. Este estudo foi realizado como uso da observação participante e da análise extensiva dos registros realizados na forma de uma etnografia de documentos, utilizando o referencial teórico do peacebuilding. Fazê-lo justifica-se pela importância de observar os impactos de práticas auto compositivas nos espaços de acordo e conflito de interesses na região amazônica. A pesquisa sobre o processo de instalação apresenta um estrato da atuação dessas práticas e foi uma alternativa diante da suspensão das atividades da CTCAF ante o advento da pandemia de Covid-19. A pesquisa mostrou como na região do oeste paraense os elementos que remontam às estratégias de formação sócio política do território pelos grupos humanos presentes e os conflitos pelo uso da terra e dos recursos naturais apresentam uma gama de interesses sobrepostos. Ao analisar as relações de poder entre os diversos atores presentes na instalação da CTCAF, seus choques de interesses, estratégias de defesa e argumentação, foi possível observar as estratégias de formação e multiplicação de lideranças nas comunidades de base como a principal estratégia da CTCAF até o presente momento.
