The construction of childhood within a historical and social logic is an important factor for understanding how it ends up being bombarded by ideas of passivity, irrationality and subalternity that end up directing this group to a scenario of different types of violence. Within this discussion, the Sociology of Childhood is a fundamental theoretical field of this work in order to understand all this problem. As a methodological way, a field research is carried out at Casa de Acolhida Marcelo Cândia, popularly known as Lar Betânia located in the municipality of Santana -AP that works to support girls from 9 to 17 years old who live in a state of social vulnerability or who have been victims. of intrafamily sexual abuse. An interview was carried out with an 18-year-old girl who was in the process of leaving the Home, through her report it was possible to perceive that this type of violence is perpetuated through the pact of silence and how the family environment distances itself from the logic of protection and affection, because of this, the Institutional Reception presents itself as a way to guarantee that the victim can live in safety, having their rights guaranteed, although it still presents difficulty to be maintained due to the non-action of the public power. Este trabalho tem por objetivo traçar uma discussão acerca do abuso sexual contra crianças que se dá dentro do ambiente familiar, um modelo de violência que se apresenta pautada em tabus, segredo, opressão e dominação. A construção da infância dentro de uma lógica histórica e social é um fator importante para compreensão de como ela acaba sendo bombardeada por ideias de passividade, irracionalidade e subalternidade que acabam por direcionar esse grupo a um cenário de diversos tipos de violência. Dentro dessa discussão a Sociologia da Infância é campo teórico fundamental deste trabalho afim de compreender toda essa problemática. Como caminho metodológico é realizada uma pesquisa de campo na Casa de Acolhida Marcelo Cândia, popularmente conhecida como Lar Betânia localizada no município de Santana -AP que atua no amparo à meninas de 9 a 17 anos que vivem em estado de vulnerabilidade social ou que foram vítimas de abuso sexual intrafamiliar. Foi realizado uma entrevista com uma jovem de 18 anos que estava em processo de saída do Lar, através do seu relato foi possível perceber que esse tipo de violência se perpetua através do pacto do silêncio e como o ambiente familiar se distancia da lógica de proteção e afeto, por conta disso, o Acolhimento Institucional se apresenta como caminho para garantir que a vítima possa viver em segurança, tendo seus direitos garantidos, embora ainda apresente dificuldade de ser mantido por conta da não atuação do poder público. 2022-05-19T12:22:13Z 2022-05-19T12:22:13Z 18-06-2021 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação MARTINS, Ana Beatriz da Costa.
