During the research some local categories shown up, such as the complexity of borders, the negative characterization of the relation between the justice system and politics, and the different perspectives about the relation between proximity and access to justice. I aimed, in this research, to put under perspective the rituals, practices and the knowledge shared inside the justice system, so I could comprehend that the moral aspect of conflicts, usually misunderstood by the agents of this system, even though it operates in their very own practices as much as in the ones of the other citizens that seek the jurisdiction, subverting, sometimes, the legal institutes in the struggle for recognition. Trata o presente estudo de uma pesquisa etnográfica realizada na Subseção Judiciária de Laranja do Jari/AP, tendo como fio condutor o processo que discute a possível transferência da vara para Brasília. No decorrer da pesquisa, despontam categorias como a complexidade das fronteiras, o caráter negativo das relações políticas no Judiciário, e as diferentes compreensões acerca da relação entre proximidade e acesso à justiça. Procurei empreender, neste trabalho, um esforço de problematização dos ritos, práticas e saberes partilhados no seio do sistema de Justiça, para ao fim compreender que a dimensão moral dos conflitos, comumente incompreendida pelos agentes do campo, opera tanto nestes quanto nos jurisdicionados, subvertendo, por vezes, os próprios institutos jurídico-legais na esteira da busca por reconhecimento. 2022-06-01T11:38:57Z 2022-06-01T11:38:57Z 16-11-2019 Dissertação ALMEIDA, Eric Rola.
