The journalistic texts of the writer will give comparative support to the literary discussion regarding the religious aspects present in the cited novels. In these they stand out the social and cultural issues that that stand out in the narratives, sometimes in confrontation with the religiosity, sometimes in tune with her. In the second section of this work, entitled "Considerations about the religious theme", we present important concepts that will give more foundation and understanding to the questions present in the works and consequently in the analysis of this work. In the third section that has as its title Religiosity in Chove nos Campos de Cachoeira e Marajó: An analysis examines the main religious aspects present in the works, highlighting the issues that this theme generates, mainly, social issues in which the richness of the Church in Opposition to the poverty of the Marajoara population, we also examine the conflicts and interconnections between religions, as well as analyze the sovereignty of the "superior forces" as a cause of fear, devotion and hope for the poor Marajó population. In the face of the discussion provided by Literature, by journalism and also by theoretical texts of the novels and also of the theoretical contribution, we find that the dalcidiana’s novels try to denounce the ills of a people wrapped in a religious universe, but also seek to inform about the Amazonian culture that is based on the different religions presented in novels. Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar os aspectos religiosos nos romances Chove nos Campos de Cachoeira e Marajó, do jornalista e romancista paraense Dalcídio Jurandir (1909/1979). Os textos jornalísticos do escritor darão suporte comparativo à discussão literária a respeito dos aspectos religiosos presentes nos romances citados. Nesses destacam-se as questões sociais e culturais que agem nas narrativas, ora em confronto com a religiosidade, ora em sintonia com ela. Na segunda seção deste trabalho, intitulada considerações acerca da temática religiosa apresentamos conceitos importantes que darão maior embasamento e entendimento às questões presentes nas obras e consequentemente na análise deste trabalho. Na terceira seção que tem como título Religiosidade em Chove nos Campos de Cachoeira e Marajó: Uma análise examinamos os principais aspectos religiosos presentes nas obras, ressaltando as questões que essa temática gera, principalmente, as questões sociais em que se observa a riqueza da Igreja em oposição à pobreza da população marajoara, procuramos examinar também os conflitos e as interligações entre as religiões, bem como analisamos a soberania das “forças superiores” como causa de medo, devoção e esperança para a população carente do Marajó.
