This study aims to analyses the public safety politics, for the teenagers who committed illegal acts, implemented in Belém Metropolitan Region from January 2003 to December 2011. The descriptive exploratory statistical analysis was measured with the data procedure of the illegal act occurred in Belém Metropolitan Region from January 2003 to December 2011, and that was registered at the SISP/SEGUP police report; also to the PRONASCI Implementation Reports of the State of Pará and at the FASEPA and FUNPAPA Data. It is clear that the number of occurrences of offenses is increasing year by year, especially in 2008 compared to 2007. From the 15,139 of (SISP/SEGUP) procedures, 10,847 involved teenagers of which 86.10% were male, 74.79% of the offenses occurred in the city of Belém where the neighborhood of Guamá the most frequent; Robbery/Attempted theft accounts for 36.71% of the offenses; 30.28% were committed with firearms. From wednesday to friday are the largest occurrences; and the recurrence is higher with the male teenagers. It was also possible to realize and model the behavior of the serial number of the statistical procedures about the infractions, using the statistical technique “Time Series Analysis” and made up the “Control Chart Time Series” to demonstrate the effect of varying average of infractions and establish control limits for a more efficient monitoring of the series. Such series is not in statistical control during the study period
