These women, in their great majority, present situations of social vulnerability, have committed crime, have gone through the closed prison system and now face the challenge of returning to "social life." But we can only understand this challenge from the communicative interactions established with the women themselves. For this reason, this research has in its centrality the establishment of communication processes with five women who are serving a sentence under house arrest in Belém do Pará, so that we can understand not only their life histories but also the sociability constructed in spaces of sociability. In this sense, the research problem presents the following question: How are the communicative interactions of women under house arrest in the spaces of sociability in which they are circulated constructed? Thus, it is based on the hypothesis that women in house arrest establish in the spaces of sociability in which there are communicative interactions of constant tensions, experienced between situations of exclusion / stigma and situations of resistance. It is a constant game to survive in an unequal and unjust society. Thus, the theoretical framework that allowed us to reflect on communication and sociability was Freire (1983), Mead (1973), Simmel. In relation to the issue of gender and prison, we have recourse to Davis (2016) and Artur (2011), and to discuss the arrests we anchor in Goffman (2004), Foucault (2011) and Thompson (2002). As for the methodological approach, the communicative-dialogic method used in conversation with the five women accused of having committed a crime was adopted, as well as a formal interview with the judge responsible for the "Begin Again" project, to which they are linked by of work. As result of the research we observe that the established communicative relations are of constant tensions, sometimes the dialogue and the understanding are limited by the stigmas of prey status, or they break with this relation of power that tries to place them in a place of exclusion. Esta pesquisa apresenta o tema ―Interações comunicativas e mulheres em prisão domiciliar: Entre sociabilidades, aprisionamentos e resistências‖. Essas mulheres, em sua grande maioria, apresentam situações de vulnerabilidade social, cometeram crime, passaram pelo regime fechado do cárcere e agora enfrentam o desafio de retornar ao ―convívio social‖. Mas só podemos entender este desafio a partir das interações comunicativas estabelecidas com as próprias mulheres. Por tal motivo esta pesquisa tem na sua centralidade o estabelecimento de processos comunicacionais com cinco mulheres que cumprem pena em prisão domiciliar em Belém do Pará, para que possamos compreender não só suas histórias de vida como também a sociabilidade construída nos espaços de sociabilidade. Nesse sentido, o problema da pesquisa apresenta o seguinte questionamento: Como são construídas as interações comunicativas das mulheres em prisão domiciliar nos espaços de sociabilidade em que circulam? Desse modo, parte-se da hipótese de que as mulheres em prisão domiciliar estabelecem nos espaços de sociabilidade em que convivem interações comunicativas de constantes tensionamentos, vivenciadas entre situações de exclusão/estigmas e situações de resistência. Trata-se de um constante jogo para sobreviverem numa sociedade desigual e injusta. Assim, o referencial teórico que nos permitiu refletir sobre comunicação e sociabilidade foi Freire (1983), Mead (1973), Simmel. Em relação à questão de gênero e cárcere recorremos a Davis (2016) e Artur (2011), e para discutir sobre as prisões nos ancoramos em Goffman (2004), Foucault (2011) e Thompson (2002). Quanto ao percurso metodológico, adotou-se o método comunicativo-dialógico usado em rodas de conversa com as cinco mulheres acusadas de terem cometido crime, além de entrevista formal com o juiz responsável pelo projeto ―Começar de Novo‖, ao qual elas estão vinculadas por meio do trabalho. Como resultado da pesquisa observamos que as relações comunicativas estabelecidas são de constantes tensionamentos, ora o diálogo e o entendimento são limitados pelos estigmas de condição de presa, ora elas rompem com essa relação de poder que tenta colocá-las num lugar de exclusão.
