It seeks to examine photographs of the artistic and photojournalistic regimes as allegories of the suffering and resistance of the Amazonian peoples, with the intention of discussing how these images manage and give visible and sensitive expression to experiences of suffering, to physiognomies of historical time, to survivals of the desire and political subjectivations. This proposal starts from the experimentalism of knowledge through allegories, rehearsing the theoretical-methodological productivity of the benjaminian allegorical episteme in the legibility of the images and tensioning the forms, correspondences, temporalities and conventions in the examination of images that offer an apprehension of history as an anachrony of sufferings and fights. The background to this approach is the inextricable link between image and politics. CNPq - Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico O objetivo do texto é apresentar as linhas gerais de uma proposta epistemológica e também metodológica no debate em torno das imagens enquanto expressões afetivas da indignação, da convicção e do desejo. Busca-se examinar fotografias dos regimes artístico e fotojornalístico enquanto alegorias do sofrimento e da resistência dos povos amazônicos, com a intenção de discutir como essas imagens agenciam e dão expressão visível e sensível a experiências de sofrimento, a fisionomias do tempo histórico, a sobrevivências do desejo e a subjetivações políticas. A proposta assume o experimentalismo do saber por alegorias, ensaiando a produtividade teórico metodológica da episteme alegórica benjaminiana na legibilidade das imagens e tensionando as formas, correspondências, temporalidades e convenções no exame de imagens que ofereçam uma apreensão da história como anacronia dos sofrimentos e das lutas. O pano de fundo dessa abordagem é o vínculo inextrincável entre imagem e política.
