Resumo:
An important challenge is applying a methodology capable of creating advanced TV beam validations. Simply checking the beam's binary values, while able to identify many problems, could not identify all types of errors. In addition to this type of verification, there are several possibilities for errors generated during multiplexing, for example errors such as inconsistencies when crossing information between different tables, errors due to the order or frequency in which some tables are transmitted, and errors in synchrony and time data are complex cases that can be identified automatically. To perform the verification of the TV beam, an automation method will be developed that will receive the content transmitted by the broadcaster as input and will execute several algorithms to compare the received data with the expected values defined by the Brazilian Digital TV standard. After comparison the algorithm will notify if the beam is in disagreement with the expected one and will inform you which problems were encountered. The resulting solution should be used by product engineering teams when analyzing problems in the field. In several situations where there are errors in the reception of TV signals, it is necessary to capture the transmitted signals and thoroughly investigate the data, checking each table of the beam. The system will automate and facilitate this operation.
