This proposal also uses the format of School Fairs / Exhibitions in order to promote greater school interaction of the participating students, instigating a greater proximity to the discipline of history, arousing their interest in a more didactic and attractive way. A Mostra de História, realizada na Escola Estadual Benício Lopes (localizada no município de Castanhal-PA), se apresenta como uma proposta de instrumento pedagógico, que objetiva auxiliar no processo de ensino-aprendizagem em História, utilizando as abordagens teóricas pautadas na Cultura Escolar e na Educação Histórica, a partir do conhecimento prévio e da bagagem trazida pelo discente sobre diferentes temáticas curriculares decorrentes de suas experiências pessoais. Nesse interim, a pesquisa visa contribuir para aprendizagem histórica significativa, no intuito de contribuir para o desenvolvimento da consciência histórica crítica-reflexiva dos alunos; busca, ainda, auxiliar em suas próprias percepções e atuação sobre o mundo em que vivem.
