This paper examines the main aspects that make up rural properties observed in the vicinity of the
town of Belém in the nineteenth century. For this, we start from a land measurement and demarcation process in
which the applicant, the captain of the reserve and added the 1º Infantry Battalion of the National Guard,
Eleutério Maximiano Terra, to justify the acceptance of your order, indicate evidence of how owners and public
