By bringing my speech in this text, my memories, my belonging and experiences are present from the beginning to the end of this dissertation. Thinking and writing like this, this study comprises an autoethnography, which for Miranda (2022, p. 71) is understood “as a cultural analysis elaborated through personal narrative, where it is possible to develop a critical lens in an inside-outside praxis, of way to understand who we are in our communities.” In this context, I come to talk about the tensions that shape new relationships in the process of new delimitation of the territory in the context of the Extractive Reserve (RESEX) and Quilombola Territory (TQ), in conflict scenarios that came to be established and mark this relationship, particularly considering fishing activity and the community of Anilzinho. Joana Peres and Anilzinho are the only quilombola communities, of the six that make up RESEX, created on June 14, 2005. Two quilombola territories, pre-defined over time by leaders and fishermen, being joined to the same RESEX territory, from of its creation. While the territory of the Anilzinho community was included in its entirety in the RESEX, with regard to my quilombo village of Joana Peres, the RESEX divided its territory, part of the community area is inside the RESEX, the other is not, which goes beyond the surroundings of the unit. FAPESPA - Fundação Amazônia de Amparo a Estudos e Pesquisas Ao considerar os olhares cheios de significados nos quais me atravessam, pois sou quilombola, nascido, criado no quilombo e hoje atuando em um lugar de liderança, de uma minoria que busca se comunicar com a sociedade hegemônica em uma relação sem hierarquias, trago minha fala nesta escrita. Ao trazer a minha fala neste texto, as minhas memórias, meu pertencimento e vivências estão presentes do início ao fim desta dissertação. Pensada e escrita assim, este estudo compreende uma autoetnografia, que para Miranda (2022, p. 71) é compreendida “como uma análise cultural elaborada por meio da narrativa pessoal, onde é possível desenvolver uma lente crítica em uma práxis dentro-fora, de modo a entender quem somos nas nossas comunidades”. Neste contexto, venho dissertar sobre as tensões que desenham novas relações no processo de nova delimitação do território no contexto da Reserva Extrativistas (RESEX) e Território Quilombola (TQ), em cenários de conflito que vieram a se estabelecer e marcam essa relação, particularmente considerando a atividade pesqueira e a comunidade de Anilzinho. Joana Peres e Anilzinho são as únicas comunidades quilombolas, das seis que compõem a RESEX, criada em 14 junho de 2005. Dois territórios quilombolas, pré-definidos ao longo do tempo por lideranças e pescadores, sendo unidas ao mesmo território da RESEX, a partir de sua criação. Enquanto o território da comunidade Anilzinho foi inserido em sua totalidade na RESEX, no que diz respeito ao meu quilombo vila de Joana Peres, a RESEX dividiu o seu território, parte da área da comunidade está no interior da RESEX, a outra não, que vai para além do entorno da unidade.
