Resumo:
This dissertation reports cases illness and dismissal of workers in the mineral transformation industry of the ALBRAS, a branch enterprise of CVRDC. This essay has the purpose to make explicit the relations between work and its ambient problems, under the workers point of view, in the context of illness and dismissal. Form camp researches, at Barcarena and Abaetetuba, site of the plant and the most part of its ex-employees, it was verified that many workers complained about their physical and psychological situations, consequent to their dismissal for illness, which they attribute to the conditions of their tasks in the industry, with a resultant significative loss of working capacity. This essays principal objective is to explain a summary of the reasons that led this group of workers to accept work conditions that, in their own vision, resulted in diseases consequent to the exercise of their tasks. This problem is analyzed through an interdisciplinary of Sociologic, Philosophic, Economic and Juridical concepts, besides fundaments of the complex features of capital and work relations and their respective alienations in the capitalism social system. This dissertation points up, also, to distortions between the investigated cases and the constitution dispositions: what is the understanding of constitutional norms about economic and social aspects and how, in reality, the their relations with the society and the State.
