Interviews were conducted with the coordinators of CRAS with the Coordinator of Basic Social Protection and the Municipal Social Welfare of Castlebay. Highlight the low level of monitoring of the beneficiaries of the BPC Network Basic Social Protection and the absence of effective social control.
