This work studies the socioeconomic and environmental aspects of recycling plastic packaging industry in RMB and its impact on local urban development, aiming to support the development of local politics. In this sense in research with industries plastic packaging recycling pos-consum that act on the RMB it was noted that the number of industries in the period covered by survey underwent little change, however, the industries that have consolidated: CRA, Sacotex and Nortplasa support the business in the field of plastic packaging recycling pos-consum. This research also seeks to show the impact of this activity to the local development through economic analysis from the reprocessing of waste solid plastic incorporating elements which allow the creation of socioeconomic. The proposal is for the use of methodology of economic analysis of the cost and benefits resulting from such activity. The main result of the study demonstrate the cost and benefits earned by industries with recycling activity, as well as impact of this activity on the base agent ( collectibles materials collectors ) and how this activity has encouraged the local urban development through the integration between the economic agent that are part of this process. |
