In their setting, the development of the research sought to express by means of recorded history as well as the Science Information Science, have similar traits regarding the proportioning of scientific production on a global scale, developed under this assumption the following characteristics imprint specific: provide historical actors who contributed overwhelmingly to the advancement of science, report the history of information science and express what Information Science is collaborating and contributing for Science currently in production form and presented scientific institutions are essential before this informational context.
