Its main objective is to test the hypothesis that a high specific diversity of this group occurs, as already determined for the arboreal flora. The methodology consisted in collecting liverworts from different ecosystems in the ECFPn area, such as várzea forests, igapós, dense terra firme forests, savanna vegetation and shrublands. For each collection, substrate data and types of associations were recorded. After drying the material, identification was carried out using specialized bibliography and comparison with identified material from the MG herbarium. The results show the occurrence of 64 species, 37 genera and 6 families of liverworts, distributed in 719 specimens. The family Lejeuneaceae stood out both in diversity of species and number of occurrences. The genera Lejeunea and Ceratolejeunea, of the family Lejeuneaceae, are represented by 7 and 5 species, respectively. Ceratolejeunea comuta (Lindenb.) Schíffn., Tracbylejeunea aneogyna (Spruce) Grolle, Xylokjeunea crenata (Nees & Mont.) X.-L.He, Ceratolejeunea coarina (Gottsche) Stephani and Cbeilolejeunea rigidula (Nees & Montagne) Schuster were the most frequent species, with 73, 48, 43, 42 and 37, respectively. The corticolous substrate and the dryland forest ecosystem are the sites of greatest occurrence of the species. Five species were collected occurring in all substrate types and 13 in all ecosystems studied. Apbanolejeunea costaricensis A.Lücking, a species only previously reported for Costa Rica, is mentioned for the first time for Brazil. Este trabalho é uma continuação ao estudo da flora hepática da Estação Científica Ferreira Penna (ECFPn). Tem como principal objetivo, testar a hipótese de que ocorra uma alta diversidade específica desse grupo, como já determinado para a flora arbórea. A metodologia consistiu na coleta de hepáticas nos diferentes ecossistemas da área da ECFPn, como florestas de várzea, igapós, florestas densas de terra firme, vegetação savanóide e capoeiras. Para cada coleta, foram anotados os dados de substratos e tipos de associações existentes. Após secagem do material, foi realizada sua identificação, utilizando bibliografia especializada dou comparação com material identificado do herbário MG. Os resultados mostram a ocorrência de 64 espécies, 37 gêneros e 6 famílias de hepáticas, distribuídas em 719 espécimes. A família Lejeuneaceae destacou-se tanto em diversidade de espécies como em número de ocorrências. Os gêneros Lejeunea e Ceratolejeunea, da família Lejeuneaceae, estão representados por 7 e 5 espécies, respectivamente. Ceratolejeunea comuta (Lindenb.) Schíffn., Tracbylejeunea aneogyna (Spruce) Grolle, Xylokjeunea crenata (Nees & Mont.) X.-L.He, Ceratolejeunea coarina (Gottsche) Stephani e Cbeilolejeunea rigidula (Nees & Montagne) Schuster foram as espécies mais freqüentes, com 73, 48, 43, 42 e 37, respectivamente. O substrato corticícolo e o ecossistema de mata de terra firme são os locais de maior ocorrência das espécies. Foram coletadas cinco espécies ocorrendo em todos os tipos de substrato e 13 em todos os ecossistemas estudados.
