The essential oils from the leaves of a specimen of Aniba parviflora (Meisn) Mez. (Lauraceae)
collected in the months of September and December 2016 and March 2017 Belém, (Pará / Brazil),
were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed using gas chromatography coupled to mass
spectrometry (CG / EM). The main chemical constituents identified in the essential oils of A.
parviflora leaves were monoterpenes: linalool, with variations from 14.07% (September) to 28.42%
(March), α-felandreno 5.66% (September) to 14.87% (March), p-cimene 2.74% (September) to
17.54% (March), and the oxygenated sesquiterpene spatulenol from 3.79% (December) to 7.0%
(September). |
