The development of the economy requires a high usage of oil, especially in a region with the energy matrix with high use of electricity from power plants.
During this course we learn how the company relies on laws with the aim of conserving the environment for generations futuras.A Brazilian environmental legislation requires the enterprises to draw up a contingency plan, especially the enterprises that operate ports.The preparation of such plan requires a risk analysis and a full environmental study of the development of the region, on the other side in the northern oil derivatives will be entering the final form in daily life in cities located in the most delicate ecosystems, where they do not There is no study to determine the sensitive areas and as a consequence there is ways and means for environmental protection.
The aim of this paper is to present the way in which an enterprise that operates a port in the Amazon to the law meets the requirements of Resolution CONAMA 398/2008, not only in developing the contingency plan individual, but as the implementation of measures preventive environmental control for handling hydrocarbons. |
