Analisys of production and management of digital documents in the context of the Legislative Assembly of Pará, (ALEPA), investigating how digital documents are being produced and managed at ALEPA. The methodology used was based on investigating research with bibliographical studies and field survey. These questionnaires and interviews were used as instruments for the institution's employees, whose data were analyzed and interpreted from the theoretical support. The research verified the fragility in the digital records produced, because it could be lost with the same facility that are generated. The research also emphasize that It is incorporated to the computer systems only for administrative use without the concern with a more complex pattern. It is concluded that without public archival policies, the possibility of access and preservation of information is reduced in ALEPA. |
