The role of the librarian is also discussed, since the librarian needs to have an innovative vision so that he can use this method within the school library and must always be updating since, as a manager, he must assume this role by knowing the profile of the users so that he can make the correct connection between mediation of information and its user within the school library. The applied methodology was based on books, theses, databases, dissertations, etc. and two questionnaires applied within the CCBEU library that can show how significant the internet is inside a school library, it also indicates the attractive methods within it. As a result of the discussion, users' preferences in activities involving the internet were observed and showed that everyone preferred these actions in the library, since they can use cell phones, tablets among others when they are not using these tools are done other activities that also stimulate the user to always seek and mediate information. It was possible to verify that the environment of this school library has changed or adapted to the new technologies, causing the librarian to develop other activities in other spaces that involve the internet. O presente trabalho busca mostrar como a internet é uma ferramenta de mediação importante dentro de uma biblioteca escolar, pois em uma era em que todos são conectados demonstra-se importante usar esse meio de informação para atrair o usuário e estimular sua criatividade. O papel do bibliotecário também é discutido, visto que este precisa ter uma visão inovadora para que possa utilizar esse método dentro da biblioteca escolar e deve estar sempre se atualizando dado que como gestor o mesmo deve assumir esse papel conhecendo o perfil dos usuários para que possa fazer a conexão correta entre a mediação da informação e o seu usuário dentro da biblioteca escolar. A metodologia aplicada se baseou em livros, teses, bases de dados, dissertações, etc e dois questionários aplicados dentro da biblioteca do CCBEU que pode mostrar como a internet é significativa dentro de uma biblioteca escolar, indica também os métodos atrativos dentro da mesma. Como resultado da discussão levantada, observou-se a preferência dos usuários em atividades que envolvam a internet e mostrou que todos preferem essas ações na biblioteca, uma vez que podem utilizar celulares, tablets entre outros quando não são utilizam essas ferramentas são feitas outras atividades que também estimulam o usuário a sempre buscar e mediar à informação.
