Seeking greater comprehensiveness in care, and considering the change in the mortality profile due to the increase in the number of deaths from external causes, the Ministry of Health establishes the Prehospital Mobile service, in order to reduce injuries and the traumatic event or clinical service time to arrive the specialized unit. However, there are elements in this scenario that influence negatively the development of care, these factors are defined as ‘stressors’, and they are perceived by professionals in different sectors such: as excessive workload, unsanitary conditions, inadequate remuneration, lack of training and guidance, problematic interpersonal relationships between supervisors and subordinates; generating: muscle tension, insomnia, physical stress, and psychosocial effects that damage the personal and family relationships. Thus, there is the occurrence of harmful consequences to those who receive the service and especially who performs. Thus, it sought to detect the effects that can minimize the stressful effects during the execution of activities. The methodology used was the integrative review of the literature using the following tool, published material on the subject in national scientific journals available in VHL (Virtual Health Library), LILACS (Literatura LatinoAmericana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), BDENF (Enfermagem Banco de Dados), MEDLINE (análise da literatura médica e Retrieval System on-line) using as descriptors, Descriptors in Health Sciences (DECS): Health, Professional, Emergency Medical Services. It follows that: improving working conditions, improvement of equipment, replacement materials, the population awareness about the pre-hospital service, occupational therapy/relaxation, psychological support, more effective communication with referral hospitals, salary enhancement, periodic assessment of quality of life, rehabilitation, physical activity; Must be present in the prevention and vocational training policies; these can be useful tools for health managers to rethink their practice and direcionarem investments in this area of knowledge and the provision of mobile APH service.
