This study has as its main goal to analyse The imagetical significance from peirce on the National week of multiple intelectual deficience people folders - APAE”. The general objective of the research is to analyze the results of APAE according to Peirciana Semiotics theory. To reach it, we intend to understand the relation sign-object to Peirce (2010); know the history of the apaeano movement; and understand the symbolic aspect from Peirce in the National week of multiple intelectual deficience people. The research has as theoretical-methodological reference the texts of Peirce (2010), Coelho Netto (2010), Silveira (2007), Santaella (1983; 2002; 2010) and Foucault (1988). We seek to provide through the research, to define only the second of the three trichotomies of the peirce signs, being it, constituted by the triadic relations of comparison, they are part of the logical possibilities composed by the processes of primarity, secundity thirdity. However, the focus of the analysis will be directed by the symbolic method, seeking to give the opportunity of contact with the effects of meanings implied in the National week of multiple intelectual deficience people posters of the years proposed here (2007 and 2018), in an evolutionary perspective; the values that these represent in meaning, pointing out its main characteristics through applied semiotics.
