And to show like the humor can be build departing of one pragmatic perspective. More particulary, pursuit to explain the form like the humor is build of the charges departing of the cancel of consequence and of the maxims broke conversation. This work has found on the theory of the consequence of Grice (1982) and, aftermathly, if utilized of the concept of initial of Cooperation and Maxims Conversation of the same author for to do stand to analyses. For such, utilize how corpus of analyses 11 charges politics publish on the internet of differents authors. Like methodology, were point the maxims broke conversation of each charge analysised, and like the cancel of the possible consequence does to arise the humor. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a ironia e o humor veiculados através da linguagem de charges politicas. Partindo da noção de ironia como afirmação de algo diferente daquilo que se deseja comunicar, na qual o emissor deixa transparecer uma afirmação contrária por meio do contexto em que se envolve a situação. E apresentar como o humor pode ser construído a partir de uma perspectiva pragmática. Mais especialmente, buscaremos explicar a forma como o humor é construído nas charges a partir do cancelamento de implicaturas e da quebra das máximas conversacionais. Para tanto, o trabalho foi embasado na Teoria das Implicaturas de Grice (1982) e, consequentemente, utilizou-se dos conceitos de Princípio de Cooperação e Máximas Conversacionais do mesmo autor para dar suporte à análise. Para tal, utilizamos como corpus de análise 11 charges políticas publicadas na internet de diferentes autorias.
