About 1.1 million pregnant adolescents 15-19 years in Brazil, 25% already have a son; with this, this research became relevant in half academic, professional and scientific, so there reflections and discussions about this phenomenon. The objective of the study describe the socioeconomic profile and gynecological and obstetric history of adolescents with recurrent pregnancies and apprehend the perceptions of teenagers about pregnancy at this stage of life. The methodology was characterized by a qualitative research, we interviewed 13 adolescents (identified by names of flowers) repeat pregnant women who were in prenatal care in Maternal Reference Unit (UREMIA). The collection period was from January to March 2015, and as a tool in data collection used a semi-structured interview. For data analysis we used the thematic analysis, reports were transcribed and subsequently grouped, after several readings, context units were seized, and of these withdrawals recording units according to each previously established theme. The confluence of the reporting units gave rise to the meaning of these cores and the categories. The results have generated 15 tables involving the socioeconomic profile and gynecological-obstetric of teenagers, showing that despite the recurrence be a multi-causal factor, it correlates more with the level of education, low family income, menarche, first sexual intercourse, contraceptive methods and number sexual partners. With open interviews revealed four categories: Negative perceptions about teenage pregnancy, Positive Perceptions about Pregnancy in Adolescence, family support and partner in the context of adolescent pregnancy, access to guidance: the role of health professionals. We conclude that in addition to the prevailing recurrence factors, there is also lack of knowledge about sexuality and pregnancy; requires that health professionals especially nurses, exercise health education, creating new educational technologies that enable and set pass the information to adolescents; make sure if what was said was understood by asking questions and a retrospective of the most important points, both in the hospital and in a routine consultation, in order to prevent repeat pregnancies. A gravidez na adolescência é caracterizada de alto risco ao biônimo mãe/feto, o que torna a situação mais agravante é a sua recorrência ainda nessa fase. Cerca de 1,1 milhões de adolescentes parturientes de 15 a 19 anos no Brasil, 25% já possuem um filho; com isso, esta pesquisa tornou-se relevante ao meio acadêmico, profissional e científico, para que haja reflexões e discussões acerca desse fenômeno. Objetivou-se no estudo descrever o perfil socioeconômico e os antecedentes ginecológicos e obstétricos de adolescentes com gestações reincidentes e apreender as percepções das adolescentes acerca da gestação nesta fase da vida. A metodologia caracterizou-se por uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, foram entrevistadas 13 adolescentes (identificadas por nomes de flores) grávidas reincidentes que estavam em acompanhamento pré-natal na Unidade de Referência Materno Infantil (UREMIA). O período da coleta foi de janeiro a março de 2015, e como instrumento na coleta de dados utilizou-se a entrevista semiestruturada. Para a análise dos dados foi utilizada a análise temática, os depoimentos foram transcritos e posteriormente agrupados, após diversas leituras, foram apreendidas unidades de contexto e, destas, retiradas unidades de registro de acordo com cada temática previamente estabelecida. A confluência das unidades de registro deu origem aos núcleos de significado e estes às categorias. Os resultados geraram 15 tabelas que envolvem o perfil socioeconômico e gineco-obstétrico das adolescentes, mostrando que apesar da reincidência ser um fator multicausal, ela correlaciona-se mais com o grau de escolaridade, baixa renda familiar, menarca, coitarca, métodos contraceptivos e número de parceiros sexuais. Com as entrevistas abertas surgiram quatro categorias: Percepções negativas acerca da gestação na adolescência, Percepções Positivas acerca da Gestação na Adolescência, Apoio familiar e do parceiro no contexto da gestação na adolescência, Acesso à orientação: a atuação do profissional de saúde. Conclui-se que além dos fatores preponderantes à reincidência, também há deficiência no conhecimento sobre sexualidade e gravidez; necessita-se que profissionais de saúde principalmente a enfermagem, exerçam a educação em saúde, criando novas tecnologias educativas que possibilitem repassar e fixar as informações às adolescentes; certificar-se se o que foi dito foi compreendido, fazendo perguntas e uma retrospectiva dos pontos mais importantes, tanto no ambiente hospitalar como em uma consulta de rotina, no intuito de prevenir gestações reincidentes. 2019-08-07T15:52:05Z 2019-08-07T15:52:05Z 2015 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação RODRIGUES, Ana Rafaela Souza; BARROS, Wanessa de Moraes.
