This work introduce a model of risk management in Pará state, with emphasis on
main natural disasters which devastes this region, which could generate order
damages, principally material and moral. Since of remote times, the natural disasters
implicates in much diseases to society, once their consequences much times are
catastrophics. The physical resource is the most affected, but considerate too the
biotic and socioeconomic resources around areas, where in sometimes people
resides. On this panorama the risk management gains importance. Is necessary
having some previous studies enabling quantification and mitigation the risks, when
they are linked directly with vulnerable population. At least, the research presents in
details a model of risks management, showing peculiars elements that become this
methodology narrowly applicable on problems recurrent on world, in political and
socioeconomic stamps and principally on natural environment.
