This research is characterized by a qualitative study, which aims to analyze the influences of SAEB in the management and development of teaching-learning in E.M.E.F Irene Rodrigues Titan, located in the municipality of Castanhal - PA. The methodological course was established based on a bibliographical survey and data collection, where semi-structured interviews were conducted with the Manager, Coordinator and Teachers of the educational institution, as well as the use of content analysis as a technique for data treatment. Thus, the research showed that, although Brazil currently has a Consolidated Educational Evaluation Policy, there are several limitations that interfere in the teaching-learning process, influencing the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB), thus generating, major challenges for the field of education policies. If on the one hand the evaluation policy presents results that should generate adjustment policy in relation to the demands, on the other hand these results are not fruit of the approach and later reflections of questions that interfere decisively in the learning process, that is, the factors taken in the large-scale evaluation do not consider other markers, especially social markers that significantly interfere with the results of these evaluations. Esta pesquisa está centrada em uma discussão sobre o Sistema de Avaliação da Educação Básica – SAEB, com foco no Ensino Fundamental, que se constitui por meio de testes padronizados, visando o alcance de metas que viabilizem a melhoria da qualidade educacional através da criação de políticas públicas. Esta pesquisa se caracteriza por um estudo qualitativo, que tem como objetivo analisar as influências do SAEB na gestão e desenvolvimento do ensino-aprendizagem na E.M.E.F Irene Rodrigues Titan, localizada no município de Castanhal – PA. O percurso metodológico se estabeleceu a partir do levantamento bibliográfico e da coleta de dados, onde foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com o Gestor, Coordenador e Professores da instituição de ensino, além da utilização da análise de conteúdo como técnica para o tratamento dos dados. Sendo assim, a pesquisa apresentou como resultado que, apesar de o Brasil ter, atualmente, uma Política de Avaliação Educacional consolidada, há diversas limitações que interferem no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, influenciando nos Índice de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica – IDEB, gerando consequentemente, grandes desafios para o campo das políticas de educação. Se por um lado a política de avaliação apresenta resultados que deveriam gerar política de ajustamento em relação as demandas, por outro lado esses resultados não são frutos da aproximação e posteriores reflexões de questões que interferem decisivamente no processo de aprendizagem, ou seja, os fatores levados em consideração na avaliação de larga escala não consideram outros marcadores, sobretudo os sociais que interferem decisivamente nos resultados dessas avaliações. 2019-09-27T16:50:02Z 2019-09-27T16:50:02Z 2019-06-11 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação MACHADO, Alanna da Rocha.
