For this purpose, two teachers and two school administrators from the municipality of Castanhal – PA, were interviewed, challenging, in the light of their reports, some prejudiced conceptions that are justified in the gender differences to determine men and women within the labor market. Raising on the basis of feminist and gender studies, a non-sexist education, aimed at the deconstruction of stereotypies that further attenuate gender inequalities, thus seeking subsidies capable of orienting us on the need to consider the relational character of both the man / teacher and of the woman / teacher in education, understanding that both can contribute in their own way to the teaching-learning process, giving them the right to occupy places / positions / functions according to their personal and professional perspectives, regardless of gender or other. A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar como são construídas as concepções de gênero na sociedade contemporânea, a fim de entender de que forma os significados femininos e masculinos historicamente construídos à profissão docente implicam na prática pedagógica de professores do sexo masculino no contexto da Educação Infantil. Para tanto, foram entrevistados dois professores e dois gestores escolares do município de Castanhal – PA, contestando, à luz de seus relatos, algumas concepções preconceituosas que se justificam nas diferenças de gênero para determinar homens e mulheres no âmbito do mercado de trabalho. Suscitando com base nos estudos feministas e de gênero, uma educação não sexista, que vise a desconstrução de estereotipias que atenuam ainda mais as desigualdades em torno dos gêneros, buscando assim, subsídios capazes de nos orientar sobre a necessidade de considerar o caráter relacional tanto do homem/professor quanto da mulher/professora na educação, entendendo que ambos podem contribuir da sua maneira para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, conferindo-os o direito de ocupar lugares/posições/funções conforme suas perspectivas pessoais e profissionais, independente de um sexo ou de outro. 2019-09-27T19:16:34Z 2019-09-27T19:16:34Z 2019-06-28 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação REIS, Gabrielly Gomes dos.
