For this, adding in the application technical knowledge related to the daily life performed in the veterinary clinic. Of course, the realization of this kind of work demands the systems developer to enter into concepts that belong to another area of knowledge. With this, in a substantial way demanding the project to apply the exchange of experiences between veterinary medicine professionals and Information and Communication Technology. During the project, the absorption of such information was made possible through the skills acquired during the Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems offered by UFPA de Castanhal. Among the capacities used, we mention: computer programming; Software Engineering"; human and computer interaction; database; among others. At the end of the work is presented as a result: the publications coming from this project; user screens developed in the system, and link access to the source code of the application built. A realização desta monografia compreende a apresentação do processo de desenvolvimento adotado para construir uma proposta de software-web de uso direcionado ao Hospital Veterinário — HV — da Universidade Federal do Pará — UFPA — de Castanhal. Para isso, agregando na aplicação conhecimento técnico relativo ao cotidiano desempenhado na clínica veterinária. Naturalmente, a realização deste tipo trabalho demanda ao desenvolvedor de sistemas, adentrar em conceitos que pertencem a outra área do conhecimento. Com isso, de forma substancial demandando ao projeto aplicar a troca de experiências entre profissionais de medicina veterinária e da Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação. Durante o projeto, a absorção de tais informações viabilizaram-se através de competências adquiridas durante o curso de Bacharelado em Sistemas de Informações oferecido pela UFPA de Castanhal. Dentre as capacitações utilizadas, citamos: programação de computadores; engenharia de software; interação humano e computador; banco de dados; entre outros.
