For this, the work had as a descriptive methodology, doing a survey of data through online questionnaires, having a total of 77 participants, corresponding to 64 students and 13 professors. In the questionnaire, objective and subjective questions were asked about functionalities and activities made available to the users related to each portal, in order to evaluate the efficiency of the system in relation to the accomplishment of activities and tasks and user satisfaction in its use. The results of the data analysis indicate that the majority were evaluated positively, presenting good interface and clarity in their messages. In activities assigned as common, in which users are accustomed to perform, realization of enrollment, verification of history and grades, by the student and registration of grades and frequencies, register course plan and content program by the professor, however, in the activities related to interaction with the student, such as participation in chats, downloading and uploading files, the system proved to be ineffective for the majority, especially for students, many not using this functionality and the minority that uses it evaluated negatively, leaving this system function to be desired because it has great potential in the teachinglearning assist. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a usabilidade dos portais discente e docente presentes no Sistema Integrado de Gestão de Atividades Acadêmicas (SIGAA) da Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) na perspectiva dos usuários, a fim de verificar a eficácia da realização das tarefas no sistema, assim como verificar a interação entre o docente e discente. Para isso, o trabalho teve como uma metodologia do tipo descritiva, fazendo um levantamento de dados através de questionários online, tendo um total de 77 participantes, correspondendo a 64 discentes e 13 docentes. No questionário foram feitas perguntas objetivas e subjetivas, sobre funcionalidades e atividades disponibilizadas para os usuários relacionadas a cada portal, no intuito de avaliar a eficiência do sistema em relação à realização de atividades e tarefas e a satisfação do usuário em seu uso. Os resultados das análises dos dados indicam que a maioria foi avaliado positivamente, apresentando boa interface e clareza em suas mensagens. Em atividades atribuídas como comuns, na qual os usuários estão habituados a realizar, como realização de matrículas, verificação de históricos e notas, por parte do discente e cadastramento de notas e frequências, cadastrar plano de curso e conteúdo programático pela parte do docente, porém nas atividades relacionadas à interação com o aluno, como participação de chats, realização de download e upload de arquivos o sistema se mostrou ineficaz para a maioria, principalmente para os discentes, muitos não utilizando dessa funcionalidade e da minoria que utiliza a avaliou negativamente, deixando a desejar essa função do sistema, pois o mesmo tem um grande potencial no auxilio do ensinoaprendizagem. 2019-10-08T14:10:24Z 2019-10-08T14:10:24Z 2019-07-08 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SOUZA, Thiago Oliveira de.
