This work describes the biotransformation potencial study of Glomerella cingulata associated as endophytic from Virola surinamensis species through aromatic compunds. The endophytic G. cingulata was reactivated on Petri dishes applying ringing techniques. Strating from fungus cultivated on Petri dishes, we have prepared the culture medium to biotransformation, it was malte extract. The biocatalysis reaction has done with four substrates in duplicate, they are: 4-nitroacetophenone, (2E)-1,3-diphenyl-prop-2-en-1-one, 6-methoxy-7-hydroxycoumarin e 9,10-anthracenedione. These extracts were analysed by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and Nuclear Magnetic Ressonance Spectroscopy (H1 NMR) where were obtained satisfactory results for 4-nitroacetophenone substrates that gaverise to 4-nitrophenylethanol (S1) alcohol as its product and (2E) -1,3-diphenyl-prop-2-en-1-one providing another compound identified as 1,3-diphenyl-propan-1-one (S2). We have carried out biologicalessays with isolated substances (S1) and (S2) through four bacterias, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis e Klebsiella pneumoniae, but the rewash only bactericidal activity to Enterococcus faecalis with concentration values varying from 500 to 7, 8125 μg/mL of (S2)substance. These results demonstrated the effectiveness of the fungus utilization in biotransformation reactions as biocatalyst and from its biocatalysis produtcs as biological agentes. |
