For this, it was made an analysis of the main features of relief and drainage network, in order to determinate the influence of neotectonic processes in the configuration of these elements. Drainage maps were generated in Arc Map version 10.2, using the vector base provided by the Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística, which was refined with the use of GeoEye images and anaglyphs, that were generate through the softwares Google Earth Pro and Zoner Photo Studio. The relief maps were created in the softwares Global Mapper v14.0 and Arc Map version 10.2, which was used in digital elevation models with a spatial resolution of 30 meters obtained by the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission. The results show the presence of two distinct structural domains of dextral features: one in the western portion, where there are transtrative faults in N-S direction and strike-slip structures in NE-SW, and another domain in the eastern portion, marked by normal faults in NW-SE direction interconnected by transcurrences in NE-SE and E-W, along with N-S transtrative structures. These structures have changed the geometric arrangement of the aquifers in the region, and have modified the standards of underground hydraulic flow. In the case of trative/ transtrative features, these also define recharge areas to the deeper aquifers, which acquire semi-confined features and interact more intensely with the surface water bodies. O presente trabalho buscou fazer um estudo integrado dos aspectos hidrogeológicos e neotectônicos na região de Salinópolis, nordeste do Pará, Brasil, em uma escala de 1:125.000, envolvendo as folhas SA-23-V-A-V, SA-23-V-A-IV-2 e SA-23-V-A-IV-4. Para isso, foi feita uma análise das principais características do relevo e da rede de drenagem, com o objetivo de determinar a influência dos processos neotectônicos na configuração desses elementos. Os mapas de drenagem foram gerados no software Arc Map versão 10.2 a partir da base vetorial disponibilizada pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística, a qual foi refinada fazendo-se o uso de imagens GeoEye e anaglifos obtidos através dos programas Google Earth Pro e Zoner Photo Studio. Os mapas de relevo foram criados empregando-se os softwares Global Mapper v14.0 e Arc Map versão 10.2, nos quais se utilizou modelos digitais de elevação com resolução espacial de 30 metros obtidos pela missão Shuttle Radar Topography Mission. Os resultados apontam a presença de dois domínios estruturais distintos de características dextrais: um na porção oeste, onde ocorrem falhas transtrativas com orientação N-S e transcorrentes orientadas segundo NE-SW, e outro na porção leste, marcado por falhas normais na direção NW-SE interligadas por transcorrências com disposições NE-SE e E-W, além de estruturas transtrativas N-S. Estas estruturas modificaram o arranjo geométrico dos aquíferos da região, além de terem alterado os padrões de fluxo hidráulico subterrâneo.
