Theoretically, we support Pimenta and Lima (2017), Contreras (2002) and Nóvoa (1995) by discussing aspects of teacher education. Methodologically, we chose to conduct a qualitative and interpretative research, using as instruments of constitution of empirical data, an open questionnaire, available in electronic format, and observations recorded in a field diary. Nineteen interns of the IEMCI / UFPA subproject, who worked in two public schools in Belém-PA, collaborated with the research. Interns show that the experience in the program was relevant to the training, as it provided, among other aspects, the observation, the proposition, the reflection about what was proposed and the elaboration of other intervention proposals. Este texto tem como objetivo identificar em que aspectos as ações do Programa Residência Pedagógica do Núcleo Matemática/IEMCI/UFPA contribuíram para qualificação do percurso formativo de residentes do curso de Licenciatura Integrada em Ciências, Matemática e Linguagens. Teoricamente, respaldamo-nos em Pimenta e Lima (2017), Contreras (2002) e Nóvoa (1995) ao discutirem aspectos da formação docente. Metodologicamente, optamos pela realização de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa e interpretativa, tendo como instrumentos de constituição dos dados empíricos, um questionário aberto, disponibilizado no formato eletrônico, e observações registradas em diário de campo. Colaboraram com a pesquisa 19 residentes do subprojeto vinculado ao IEMCI/UFPA, que atuavam em duas escolas públicas de Belém-PA.
