The present work has the objective of analyzing the contents related to the food theme present in the science textbooks of a collection, in the volumes comprised between the 2nd and 5th year of the initial years. Food is a subject that must be discussed from childhood, because it is at this stage of life that we acquire healthy eating habits, and thus promote physical and health, preventing the emergence of chronic non-communicable diseases. The textbook presents discussion and important activities for the development of the food theme. However, it also has some problems related to the proposed activities. |
