To better structure the reflections are also considered some guiding questions, namely: How is the organization of the pedagogical work for the care of students with disabilities enrolled in the High school of Vilhena Alves School? What objectives are defined for the pedagogical work of the multifunctional resource room with these students? What activities are carried out with students with disabilities in SRM at school of Vilhena Alves? The objective of this research is to understand how the organization of the pedagogical work developed in the care of students with disabilities is constituted. Thus, the analysis and reflection on the practice was based and reflected in documentary records, for the methodology was chosen the qualitative approach of the case study type, having as instruments for data collection observation, field notebooks, photographs and documents such as: The individual development plan (IDP) and the SRM pedagogical documentation. After analyzing the data, we identified that the Pedagogical Work developed in the SRM follows a schedule of attendance prepared by the ESA teacher from the planning of the actions registered in the PDI, always respecting the needs of each student, the activities developed with the students with deficiency is aimed at psychomotor development, mastery of motor functions, development of logical and mathematical reasoning, writing and reading. It has been found that these activities are performed in individual sections and in groups. Another aspect observed is the bimonthly evaluation carried out on the pedagogical resources and the methodologies used with the students, this evaluation aims to monitor if such resources and methodologies are consistent with the level of learning of the students attended by the ESA in the SRM of the school. When analyzing the pedagogical work of SRM, it is observed that this is fundamental for the development of the learning of students with disabilities. O presente resumo se configura como um estudo de caso, realizado durante um estágio não obrigatório como bolsista PIBID entre os anos de 2017 a 2018 na SRM da Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental e Médio Vilhena Alves acompanhando o processo de ensino e aprendizagem de alunos com deficiência durante o Atendimento Educacional Especializado – AEE na Sala de Recurso Multifuncional – SRM. Para melhor estruturar as reflexões consideram-se também algumas questões norteadoras, a saber: Como se constitui a organização do trabalho pedagógico para o atendimento de alunos com deficiência matriculados no ensino médio da Escola Vilhena Alves? Que objetivos são definidos para o trabalho pedagógico da sala de recurso multifuncional junto a esses alunos? Que atividades são desenvolvidas junto aos alunos com deficiência na SRM da Escola Vilhena Alves? O objetivo desta pesquisa é Compreender como se constitui a organização do trabalho pedagógico desenvolvido no atendimento de alunos com deficiência. Assim sendo‚ a análise e reflexão sobre a prática esteve baseada e refletida em registros documentais, para a metodologia foi escolhida a abordagem qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso‚ tendo como instrumentos para coleta de dados a observação, os cadernos de campo, fotografias e documentos como: O plano de desenvolvimento individual (PDI) e a documentação pedagógica da SRM. Após a análise dos dados, identificamos que o Trabalho Pedagógico desenvolvido na SRM segue a um cronograma de atendimento elaborado pelo professor do AEE a partir do planejamento das ações registradas no PDI, sempre respeitando as necessidades de cada aluno, as atividades desenvolvidas com os alunos com deficiência tem por objetivo o desenvolvimento psicomotor, o domínio das funções motoras, o desenvolvimento do raciocínio lógico e matemático, escrita e leitura. Verificou-se que estas atividades são executadas em seções individuais e em grupos. Outro aspecto observado é a avaliação bimestral realizada sobre os recursos pedagógicos e as metodologias utilizadas com os alunos, esta avaliação tem como finalidade acompanhar se tais recursos e metodologias estão condizentes com o nível de aprendizagem dos alunos atendidos pelo AEE na SRM da escola.
