After the end of the study, the results appointed the human factor as responsible for the majority of deviations in the distributor and the factor training as a question to be improved, once it is necessary that many deviations are associated with the lack of training, that way, using the 5W1H quality tool, it developed an action plan for controlling risk levels. Still exploiting results, the need for the development of future work, HazOp methodology applied in the other sectors of the company and application of the rapid upper limber assessment. O presente trabalho utilizou de maneira adaptada a metodologia HAZOP (Hazard And Operability Study), com o objetivo de analisar e identificar riscos, bem como suas causas e consequências, propondo melhorias em um dos setores de uma distribuidora de bebidas. Assim, as atividades desenvolvidas nesse setor foram mapeadas e divididas nos chamados nós-de-estudo para obter uma melhor compreensão e viabilização do desenvolvimento do trabalho. Posteriormente, verificou-se as causas e consequências, através da aplicação da ferramenta da qualidade Brainstorming. Além disso, os riscos foram classificados qualitativamente de acordo com o método da matriz de risco. Após a finalização do estudo, os resultados apontaram o fator humano como o responsável pela maioria dos desvios na distribuidora, e o fator treinamento como uma questão a ser aperfeiçoada, uma vez que é notável que muitos desvios estão associados à falta de treinamento. Dessa maneira, através da ferramenta da qualidade 5W1H, elaborou-se um plano de ação pelo qual seria possível controlar os níveis de risco.
