The theoretical framework used to conduct this research is based on studies of Loureiro (2008), Eliade (2002), Tupiassú (2005), Souza (2014), among other important authors submitted in the course of work. The research of a qualitative nature, was initiated by the justification of the necessity of the course of Letters - Portuguese Language of the Federal University of Pará Campus in Abaetetuba, provide greater relevance of the studies on the Literature of the Amazonian expression in its curriculum, once the institution is located in the region of Baixo Tocantins, in the Amazon. The result of this restlessness turned in this monograph, which was built in three chapters in order to explain about the poetic of the author Paes Loureiro and their contributions to the culture and the imaginary, the presence of literature in the Amazon so regional and universal in the propagation of poetry and, finally, the analysis of some poems of the work that had been chosen for the composition of the work. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a obra Água da Fonte, do escritor paraense João de Jesus Paes Loureiro, embasando a análise, principalmente, nas pesquisas do autor acerca doimaginário amazônico afim de explorar a representatividade da cidade de Abaetetuba na obra e no imaginário. O referencial teórico utilizado para a realização desta pesquisa é baseado nos estudos de Loureiro (2008), Eliade (2002), Tupiassú (2005), Souza (2014), entre outros importantes autores apresentados no decorrer do trabalho. A pesquisa, de caráter qualitativo, fora iniciada pela justificativa da necessidade do curso de Letras – Língua Portuguesa da Universidade Federal do Pará, Campus de Abaetetuba, de proporcionar com maior relevância os estudos sobre a Literatura de Expressão Amazônica em sua grade curricular, uma vez que a instituição se localiza na região do Baixo Tocantins, na Amazônia. O resultado dessa inquietação se transformou nesta monografia, a qual foi construída em três capítulos afim de explanar sobre a poética do autor Paes Loureiro e suas contribuições para a cultura e o imaginário, a presença da literatura na Amazônia de modo regional e universal na propagação da poesia e, por fim, a análise de alguns poemas da obra que fora escolhida para a composição do trabalho. 2021-04-26T13:30:41Z 2021-04-26T13:30:41Z 2019-12-10 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SILVA, Keise Barreto da.
