Regional Labor Court of the Eighth Region CNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::CIENCIA DA INFORMACAO::ARQUIVOLOGIA This research described the steps taken in the process of assigning physical (paperbased) writs constituents of the Accumulated Documentary Mass (MDA) by the Regional Labor Court of the Eighth Region (TRT8) from 1971 to 1995, from 12 Local Labor Stations at the Headquarters of TRT8, evaluating if the process was carried out in accordance with the instruments in the specific matter for the Labor Judiciary. The destination of documents in the Labor Court comprises an integral part of the document management procedures. The importance of an appropriate allocation plan is therefore evidenced both to avoid accumulation of cumulative documentary mass and to ensure the formation of a permanent collection more representative of the documentation produced. The case study was used as a research strategy. It was operated through applied research, bibliography and participant observation. Data collection was carried out in loco through the participation and observation of the activities carried out in the process of destination of physical judicial records produced by the Regional Labor Court of the Eighth Region. In analyzing the process for the allocation of physical judicial decisions in TRT8, it was verified that this institution practically followed in its totality the instruments in the documentary management of the National Program of Documentary Management and Memory of the Judicial Power (PRONAME), as well as the indispensable steps for the allocation of physical judicial records based on the identification of the instruments and procedures required in each phase, according to PRONAME. Esta pesquisa descreveu as etapas do processo de destinação de autos judiciais físicos (em suporte papel) constituintes da Massa Documental Acumulada (MDA) pelo Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da Oitava Região (TRT8) no período de 1971 a 1995, oriundos de 12 Varas Trabalhistas localizadas na Sede do TRT8, avaliando se o processo foi realizado em conformidade com os instrumentos na matéria específica para o Poder Judiciário Trabalhista. A destinação de documentos na Justiça do Trabalho compreende etapa integrante dos procedimentos de gestão de documentos. Evidencia-se, portanto, a importância de um plano de destinação adequado, tanto para evitar a formação de massa documental acumulada como para assegurar a formação de um acervo permanente mais representativo da documentação produzida. Utilizou-se como estratégia de pesquisa o estudo de caso. Operou-se por meio de pesquisa aplicada, bibliográfica e a observação participante. A coleta de dados foi realizada in loco por meio da participação e observação das atividades executadas no processo de destinação de autos judiciais físicos produzidos pelo Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da Oitava Região. Ao analisar o processo de destinação de autos judiciais físicos no TRT8, se constatou que essa instituição seguiu praticamente em sua totalidade os instrumentos na matéria de gestão documental do Programa Nacional de Gestão Documental e Memória do Poder Judiciário (PRONAME), assim como as etapas indispensáveis para a destinação dos autos judiciais físicos a partir da identificação dos instrumentos e procedimentos requeridos em cada fase, de acordo com o PRONAME. 2021-07-14T13:20:46Z 2021-07-14T13:20:46Z 2018 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação REAL, Benedito Socorro de Moraes Vila.
