The objetive of this study is to describe the perception of women of the quality
of sexual function after pelvic physical therapy treatment for sexual dysfunction,
identifying the difficulties faced by them in the treatment adherence process and
to describe the impact on sexual / affective life, seeking to support the
construction of qualitative indicators of satisfaction. This is a qualitative
research involving semi-structured interviews with 3 women who underwent
physical therapy treatment for sexual dysfunction with the analysis based on the
content analysis method. In terms of results, users indicate criteria to positively
evaluate the behaviors, taking as reference the importance of a communicative
and humanized care, going beyond the physical improvement of their
dysfunctions and highlighting the positive impact on their sexual and affective
relationships. |
