The survey was carried out in some neighborhoods in the metropolitan region of Manaus, with a total of 32 wells. The most important parameters and therefore used for this work in the correlations were Gamma Ray (RG), Spontaneous Potential (SP) and Electrical Resistivity (RE). This correlation was performed in order to analyze and evaluate the lateral continuity of the geological layers most likely to be groundwater reservoirs, in order to generate high precision stratigraphic sections. It was observed the presence of interdigitations between sandy and clay layers, and within these layers it was possible to verify the probable existence of some aquifers distributed in the Manaus region, both in shallow and deeper layers of the present formation. It was also found that the relief of the city is rugged due to tectonic movements that helped in the present interdigitations. Such conclusions are of great importance for future projects and studies in the city of Manaus. Foi feita a correlação interpretativa de perfis geofísicos de poços localizados nas regiões de captação da COSAMA (Companhia de Saneamento do Amazonas), estes poços foram perfurados na cidade de Manaus - capital do Estado do Amazonas, para o abastecimento de água da região. A pesquisa foi efetuada em alguns bairros distribuídos pela região metropolitana de Manaus, com um total de 32 poços. Os parâmetros mais importantes e, por tanto, usados para este trabalho nas correlações foram o Raio Gama (RG), Potencial espontâneo (SP) e Resistividade Elétrica (RE). Essa correlação foi realizada com o intuito de analisar e avaliar a continuidade lateral das camadas geológicas mais propensas a ser reservatórios de água subterrânea, para assim, gerar seções estratigráficas de alta precisão. Observou-se a presença de interdigitações entre camadas arenosas e argilosas, e dentro destas camadas constatou-se a provável existência de alguns aquíferos distribuídos pela região de Manaus, tanto em camadas mais rasas quanto camadas mais profundas da formação presente. Constatou-se, também, que o relevo da cidade é acidentada por conta de movimentos tectônicos que auxiliaram nas interdigitações presentes.
