The proposal of this intervention is the strengthening of health care services, at Joana Peres Extractive Community Health Center, by the implementation of preventive and educational actions against alcoholism. The project’s aim is gather the adolescents and young people of the community and their families to help them deal with the impacts caused by alcohol addiction. Although alcohol has historically been part of the cultural life of the community for a variety of reasons, the uncontrolled use of alcohol has caused a number of risks and damages to the lives of the community people in recent times. Therefore, the need for the implementation of the services mentioned above is due to the fact the Community Health Center does not have services related to alcoholism prevention. We rely on basic services such as suturing, monitoring of pregnant women and children, hypertension, diabetic and first aid services. In addition, the programs of adolescent’s and young people protection have shown a total neglect when it comes to rural population. We understand that this is a relevant topic for the community, because it seeks possibilities of harm reduction on the referred community. To achieve the objectives proposed in this project we will use “pesquisação” methodologie, forming action groups with community health professionals, including those that work in the area of preventive health care and other collaborators, in order to value the health care service by proposing a partnership to the municipal health department. O presente Projeto refere-se ao Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC), do curso de Licenciatura e Bacharelado em Etnodesenvolvimento, da Universidade Federal do Pará, o qual tem como proposta de intervenção, o fortalecimento dos serviços assistenciais de saúde, no posto de saúde da Comunidade Extrativista de Joana Peres, implementando ações preventivas e educativas na temática do alcoolismo, com o objetivo de atender os adolescentes e jovens da comunidade e seus familiares, uma vez que as famílias dos usuários são os maiores impactados pelas consequências negativas causadas pelo abuso do álcool. Embora historicamente o álcool faça parte da vida cultural da comunidade, no entanto, o uso descontrolado dessa substância, vem ocasionando uma série de riscos e danos à vida dos usuários e da comunidade nos últimos tempos. Desse modo, há necessidade da implantação dos serviços assistenciais da Atenção primária como, educação em saúde voltada para a prevenção do alcoolismo e Redução de Danos, devido o posto de saúde da comunidade não dispor desses serviços. Contamos somente com os serviços básicos como, sutura, acompanhamento de gestantes, crianças, hipertensos, diabéticos e serviços de primeiros socorros. Além disso, os programas de defesa e proteção dos adolescentes e jovens tem demonstrado um total descaso e quando se trata de população de área rural, o descaso é ainda maior, dessa forma, nós, os comunitários, entendemos que este é um tema relevante para a comunidade, pois o mesmo busca possibilidades de redução de danos sobre o referido público. Para se alcançar os objetivos propostos nesse projeto, utilizaremos a metodologia da pesquisação, além de incentivar a formação de grupos de trabalho utilizando profissionais de saúde da comunidade, tanto os que atuam na área da saúde preventiva, como na curativa e demais colaboradores, com objetivo de valorizar a equipe de saúde local e propor parceria com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde do município. 2021-09-30T17:01:06Z 2021-09-30T17:01:06Z 2020-09-15 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação RIBEIRO, Margarete Ferreira.
