I started to play as an adult, with other adults, in the Full Degree in Theater of UFPA, when I had contact with the Theatrical Games. They are intended to address some of the possibilities that theatrical games brought to my life, so I use my own trajectory to reveal this discovery. The Methodology used in this study is mainly based on my affective memories, personal reports and the description of my experiences. I narrate important events of my childhood, mainly, about my family relations, until the moment I discover playing, through theatrical games; I present some of the experiences I had during the course activity Stage I and II, where I went to the Youth Theater Course (ETDUFPA) and to the Aimee Semple Mcpherson Elementary School; and development about how the game became part of my life, I mention some of the theatrical games that I like, alternating with concepts of Viola Spolin and Olga Reverbel, for example. I also use research in books, master's thesis, and scientific articles on the proposed theme, thus constituting the bibliographic character of the research. In addition to a semi-structured interview with one of the teachers that stimulated my interest in theatrical games. Concluding, therefore, that theatrical games are like a tool of development of the personal abilities. Of all the benefits that the Theater has brought me, the main one is: PLAY! He also taught me to trust, respect and thank the other, I belong to this place. O presente estudo expõe minha trajetória, sou filha de um libanês extremamente protetor que, durante minha infância, não permitia que eu brincasse com outras crianças. Comecei a brincar já adulta, com outros adultos, no Curso de Licenciatura Plena em Teatro da UFPA, quando tive contato com os Jogos Teatrais. Têm-se, como objetivo, abordar algumas das possibilidades que os jogos teatrais trouxeram para minha vida, então, utilizo minha própria trajetória para revelar essa descoberta. A Metodologia utilizada nesse estudo é, principalmente, baseada em minhas memórias afetivas, relatos pessoais e a descrição de minhas experiências. Narro acontecimentos importantes de minha infância, principalmente, sobre minhas relações familiares, até o instante em que descubro o brincar, por meio dos jogos teatrais; exponho algumas das experiências que tive durante a atividade curricular Estágio I, onde fui para o Curso de Teatro Juvenil (da ETDUFPA) e para a Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Aimee Semple Mcpherson; e desenvolvo a respeito de como o jogo passou a fazer parte da minha vida, cito alguns dos jogos teatrais que mais gosto, alternando com conceitos de Viola Spolin e Olga Reverbel, por exemplo. Também utilizo pesquisa em livros, dissertação de mestrado, e artigos científicos sobre o tema proposto, constituindo, assim, o caráter bibliográfico da pesquisa. Além de uma entrevista semiestruturada com uma das professoras que estimulou meu interesse pelos jogos teatrais. Concluindo, portanto, que os jogos teatrais são como uma ferramenta de desenvolvimento das habilidades pessoais. De todos os benefícios que o Teatro me trouxe, o principal é: BRINCAR!
