The research is qualitative approach. The methodological procedure used in the study was the documentary analysis of the State and Municipal Education Plan, Resolutions of the Pará State Board of Education and Bragança Municipal Board of Education and the Pedagogical Project of the UFPA Degree Course. Data were analyzed based on discourse analysis based on Bakhtin's discursive dialogism and specialized literature on the subject. The results reveal actions on the continuing education of education professionals, valorization of Afro-Brazilian and African culture, affirmative policies, didactic materials on the theme, regarding the implementation of Law No. 10.639 / 2003, regarding the State Education Plan, Municipal Plan of Education, Legislation of the State and Municipal Council of Education, and Curriculum Projects of Degree Courses of the Federal University of Pará. In addition, we emphasize the broadening of the discussion on Law 10.639 / 2003 in order to contribute to the construction of a democratic and anti-racist education that respects, recognizes and values the singularities and differences of each socio-cultural group, especially about Afro-Brazilian and African culture concerning educational and social contexts. We conclude on the implementation of Law No. 10,639 / 2003 through the actions evidenced in the documents dealing with Basic and Higher Education in the municipality of Bragança-PA, with important measures and strategies to build a multicultural curriculum, valuing cultural diversity, specifically about the valorization of black culture. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar os discursos de documentos oficiais acerca da implementação da Lei nº 10.639/2003 no currículo da Educação Básica e Ensino Superior, a partir dos Órgãos executores SEDUC, SEMED, UFPA e fiscalizadores (Conselho Estadual de Educação do Pará e Conselho Estadual de Bragança). A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa. O procedimento metodológico utilizado no estudo foi a análise documental do Plano Estadual e Municipal de Educação, Resoluções do Conselho de Educação do Estado do Pará e Conselho Municipal de Educação de Bragança e os Projeto Pedagógico de Curso das Licenciaturas da UFPA. Os dados foram analisados a partir da análise do discurso com base no dialogismo discursivo de Bakhtin e bibliografia especializada acerca da temática. Os resultados revelam ações sobre a formação continuada dos profissionais da educação, valorização da cultura afro-brasileira e africana, políticas afirmativas, materiais didáticos sobre a temática, referente à implementação da Lei nº 10.639/2003, no que concerne o Plano Estadual de Educação, Plano Municipal de Educação, Legislações do Conselho Estadual e Municipal de Educação, e Projetos Curriculares de Cursos de Licenciaturas da Universidade Federal do Pará. Ademais, ressaltamos ainda a ampliação da discussão sobre a Lei 10.639/2003 de forma que a contribuir para a construção de uma educação democrática e antirracista, que respeite, reconheça e valorize as singularidades e diferenças de cada grupo sociocultural, principalmente sobre a cultura afro-brasileira e africana concernente aos contextos educacionais e sociais.
