To this end, it is necessary to characterize how the Department of Education has been implementing the guidelines described in the official documents about law 10,639 in the Acará elementary schools, analyzing the political pedagogical project of the Pinto Marques school and finding out if there are guidelines or actions that direct the teaching. of ethnic-racial relations, to understand the teachers' interpretation of the importance of law 10,639 to be applied in elementary schools. Then, a qualitative research is carried out, as a research instrument uses document and structured interview. In view of this, it appears that the role of the education department is still very superficial, the analysis carried out in the Pinto Marques School Pedagogical Political Project clarified that there is nothing concrete about the problem that permeates this text and the advances of this teaching have been happening superficially. in school, systematically succeeding in commemorative dates and with much resistance from students, which requires the realization that the school does not envisage a concrete applicability of this teaching as it directs the objectives of the law. Tendo em vista que o desejo é conhecer como vem ocorrendo a aplicabilidade da Lei 10.639/2003 na escola de ensino fundamental Pinto Marques, pesquisa-se sobre Educação étnico-racial, Lei 10.639/2003: seus impactos na formação dos alunos do ensino fundamental, Acará/Pá, a fim de compreender as orientações trazidas pela lei 10.639/2003 que regulamenta a obrigatoriedade do ensino da história e cultura afro-brasileira, especificamente no ensino fundamental. Para tanto é necessário caracterizar como a Secretaria de Educação vem implementando as orientações descritas nos documentos oficiais acerca da lei 10.639 nas escolas do ensino fundamental do Acará, analisar o projeto político pedagógico da escola Pinto Marques e constatar se existem orientações ou ações que direcione o ensino das relações étnico-raciais, perceber qual a interpretação dos professores sobre a importância da lei 10.639 ser aplicada nas escolas do ensino fundamental. Realiza-se, então, uma pesquisa na abordagem qualitativa, como instrumento de pesquisa faz uso de documento e entrevista estruturada. Diante disso, verifica-se que o papel da secretaria de educação ainda é muito superficial, a analise realizada no Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola Pinto Marques esclareceu que não consta nada concreto sobre o problema que permeia esse texto e os avanços deste ensino vêm acontecendo superficialmente na escola, sucedendo de forma sistemática nas datas comemorativas e com muita resistência por parte dos alunos, o que impõe a constatação de que a escola não vislumbra uma aplicabilidade concreta desse ensino como direciona os objetivos da lei. 2021-12-30T19:22:16Z 2021-12-30T19:22:16Z 2019-11-19 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação MOREIRA, Patrícia Gois.
