To study this performance, the research had the analysis of three specific works in the theme, besides a regional research seeking to understand how this professional insertion takes place. The results were satisfactory to the objectives, it was possible to understand that this professional performance is not dissociated from the educational character and seeks primarily to train and develop the employees, besides offering a healthier environment within the corporations. However, it is possible to conclude that the performance of the business pedagogy is of great relevance in the organizational environment where improvements are sought through the intellectual capital of its employees, which is the most valuable capital in the current Age of knowledge. Esse trabalho de conclusão de curso foi construído objetivando conhecer as contribuições acerca do tema pedagogia empresarial nos aspectos que tangem principalmente a atuação profissional, além de agregar outros pontos relevantes como a importância de sua atuação e as dificuldades enfrentadas para sua colocação no mercado de trabalho, tendo em vistas as principais mudanças ocorridas na gestão de pessoas no ambiente empresarial com o advento da chamada Era do Conhecimento. Para estudo dessa atuação a pesquisa contou com a análise de três obras especificas no tema, além de uma pesquisa regional buscando compreender como se dá essa inserção profissional. Os resultados foram satisfatórios aos objetivos, foi possível compreender que essa atuação profissional não se desvincula do caráter educativo e busca primordialmente treinar e desenvolver os colaboradores, além de oferecer um ambiente mais saudável dentro das corporações.
